Jeff Bell is the creative force behind the PDT brand. With Mixteca, he's handed the reins to Victor Lopez. Victor is originally from Puebla, Mexico and was the longest tenured bartender at PDT, as well as the anchor of that team. He is widely known within the bartending community as one of the best in the country.

Walk-ins are welcome at Mixteca! We also take online reservations.
For large groups, we offer online reservations for up to 16 guests, Sunday - Wednesday. If you need a large group reservation Thursday-Saturday, please contact our team at mixteca@onecornelia.com.
