Cocktails Inspired by
the Mixteca Highlands

At the helm of our cocktail program is Victor Lopez, a Puebla-born bartender and PDT veteran. Now a partner at Cocteleria Mixteca, Victor creates a menu inspired by the rich agave traditions of Mexico’s Mixteca region. Every cocktail reflects his heritage–honest flavors, time-honored techniques, and premium agave spirits that tell a story in every sip.

We’ve teamed up with cult-favorite Tacos 1986 to bring their legendary Tijuana-style street tacos to the East Coast–bold, craveable, and made to pair perfectly with our drinks. And, most importantly, served until last call.
